We do not promote returns due to the wasteful culture associated with online consumption, this is why we accept returns providing the product is in an unopened state, and returned at the consumers cost.

30 Days to Return

If you do want to return your product, we accept returns within a 30 day period. This is so that we can keep our stock steady, and help fulfill our orders efficiently.

Returns and Exchanges

Ordered the wrong item? No problem! Drop an email to our customer service team at Benthossurfco@gmail.com. Here we can process the exchange. Send us back the original product using a large letter, 1st or 2nd Class (The sooner we receive the original product, the sooner we can send out the new one).
