Paddling and Wave Catching: With its length, 21.5" width, and 3" thickness, The Wild Rider will paddle very efficiently, catch waves early, and offer plenty of stability. It's ideal for both small, mellow surf and larger, more powerful waves.
Speed and Glide: The huge single concave provides lift and speed, while the heavy glassing adds momentum, ensuring the board maintains speed across flat sections. The double concave towards the rear enhances control and responsiveness, allowing for smooth transitions and turns.
Maneuverability: The combination of the pin tail and double concave ensures the board is highly maneuverable, despite its size. It will perform well in both gentle, cruising waves and steeper, more challenging conditions.
Nose Riding: The large single concave and the slightly pulled-in nose make this board an excellent choice for nose riding, providing lift, stability, and control. Surfers can comfortably hang ten or cross-step to the nose with confidence. The pulled-in nose design reduces the chances of pearling (the nose diving into the water) and offers better control during steep drops and turns, while still retaining enough surface area for effective nose riding.
Versatility: "The Wild Rider" is designed to offer a blend of classic long-boarding style with modern performance enhancements. It caters to surfers who enjoy traditional nose riding and smooth, flowing turns, while also providing the capability for more aggressive maneuvers.

Heavy Glass Job
The heavy glassing ensures a robust and durable construction, capable of withstanding heavy use and maintaining performance over time. The added weight also contributes to increased speed and momentum, especially in larger waves.
In summary, "The Wild Rider" is a high-performance long-board that combines classic nose riding features with modern design elements. Its durable construction, combined with a thoughtfully designed concaves, rails and tail, makes it a versatile and reliable choice for a wide range of surf conditions and riding styles.

Dimensions
Length: 5'4" to 6'0"
This range places the board in the short-board category, emphasizing high performance and maneuverability.
Width: 21.5"
A width of 21.5 inches provides a balance between stability and performance. It offers sufficient surface area for paddling ease while maintaining a performance-oriented shape.
Thickness: 2.5"
A thickness of 2.5 inches ensures enough volume for buoyancy and stability without sacrificing responsiveness. It strikes a balance between floatation and performance.
Performance
With its nicely distributed volume, particularly under the chest, "The Lemon Squeezer" offers excellent paddling power and ease of wave entry. The rocker design tailored for UK surf ensures easy wave catching across various conditions.
The single to double concave design maximizes speed and glide. The twin fin setup enhances drive and acceleration, making the board quick down the line. The optional trailer fin adds versatility, providing additional hold and control when needed.
The aggressive rails, thinned-out tail, and swallow tail contribute to exceptional maneuverability. The board performs well in tight, responsive turns, making it suitable for dynamic and high-performance surfing.
Designed to fulfill all shortboard expectations, "The Lemon Squeezer" can handle a wide range of wave conditions, making it a potential quiver killer. Its design allows it to perform in both small, mushy waves and larger, more powerful surf.
The rocker and overall design are specifically tailored for UK surf conditions, ensuring optimal performance in the typical wave scenarios found in the region. This board’s versatility and performance orientation make it a reliable choice for surfers looking to maximise their sessions in varying conditions.
Built to Last
“The Lemon Squeezer” is constructed using 6-ounce fiberglass all around - with a focus on durability and performance, using high-quality materials to withstand frequent use while maintaining optimal performance characteristics.
Summary
"The Lemon Squeezer" is a high-performance short board designed to excel in a variety of wave conditions, particularly those found in the UK. With its balanced volume distribution, aggressive rails, and advanced concave design, it offers exceptional speed, maneuverability, and responsiveness. The twin fin setup, with the option for a trailer fin, adds to its versatility, making it suitable for both high-performance maneuvers and everyday surfing. The swallow tail and tailored rocker enhance its capability to handle small, weak waves, making it a great all-around board that can potentially replace most of your short-board quiver.
